What does a Graduation Coach do?

The Graduation Coach -

1.  Ensures the successful transition of all students from elementary to middle school and from middle school to high school.

2.  Provides comprehensive prevention and intervention strategies for middle school students to help them enjoy a successful and rewarding middle school experience.

3.  Assists in preparing all students for high school and for their post-secondary careers.
